Letter of recommendation from the dean of your medical school
Letters of recommendation from two physicians, both of whom were either your teachers/attendings or an advisor, dated within the last year
Official transcipts from all medical schools and other programs attended
Personal interview (please bring a small photo)
Interviews
Candidates interview with 4 of 5 faculty members and the program director
Interviews typically last an entire morning
Interviews take place at Avera Behavioral Health Center and the VA Medical Center
Lunch with two current residents will be provided
